Had tons of fun with the JM family the other day!

Thanks everyone for the great time!
I had a great time with the family in Corolla last night. I’m super happy we trekked to the top of the dune to get the last images.

Thanks everyone!

Above: Pretty colors this day!

Above: I brought the umbrella for writing in the sand. I though this would be fun too!

Above: More kisses!
Thanks Amanda and Mark for what you did.
Wow. Ellen was a great trooper. We started these portraits at 6am. We finished at 9am, then started again at 6:30pm for almost another 2 hours. Not all are here. These are some of my favs. This was my first time working with Ellen solo. I can’t wait to do it again!

Thanks Ellen!
Wow. This wedding took place at 10am on the beach in Kill Devil Hills. At first we thought we were going to have to shoot pics in downtown Manteo due to the bright sunlight. We were concerned because Dare Days was in process in Manteo. Downtown was FULL of people. We ended up having beautiful overcast skies on the beach! We shot most of the images in Kill Devil Hills. After the ceremony Audrey, Matthew and I walked around Dare Days as it was in process. It was so much fun!

Above: Love love love large bridal parties!

Above: I really thought they were going to throw him in. There was no doubt in my mind. It was going to happen. I needed him for another pic. I got nervous!

Above: This was one of the shots while walking through Dare Days. I remember thinking “I would love to get them in the circle of the train”. Seconds afterward, the driver of the train offered to let us in. How awesome!
Congratulations Audrey and Matthew!
Kelly and Jason held a beautiful ceremony at the Country Club of the Crystal Coast in Atlantic Beach. I was super impressed by the staff who kept things on track. Even though the ceremony was a little earlier than I usually like, there is enough open shade around the area to work with.

Above: Another great feature of the club is it is on the sound side creating beautiful sunsets!

Congratulations Kelly and Jason!
Melissa and Justin were married on a beautiful Friday and are very much in love. Press the play button in the bottom left corner to start the slide show.
Congratulations to you both!
